- Submit to Geniocity.com digital files, slides or paper copies of any of your own original work not currently being sold or represented by anyone other than you
- If we wish to offer one or more of your works in the Shop, we send you a consignment agreement
- If you accept our consignment agreement for the Shop's short-term, exclusive right to sell your work, you sign and return it to us
- Bring, or pack and ship, your work, to us. You will be reimbursed for shipping costs
- Once we receive your work, we digitally post an image of it in the Shop, listing it at a mutually agreed-upon price
- As explained in the consignment agreement, that work will be available for sale nowhere but the Shop, not even on your own site or from the trunk of your car, during the period of time specified in the agreement
- Visitors to the Shop can locate your work by browsing or by searching on your name, title of work, medium, category or genre
- When they find your work, they will also find capsule information about the piece and you, as well as a link to your own site, if available
- If your piece sells, we receive the payment and ship it out
- We send you 60 percent of the sale price
- If a piece does not sell in the time allowed by the consignment agreement, we either relinquish our right to offer it in the Shop or we agree to offer you another short-term consignment agreement for the piece
- You can make more works available to us at any time
